Product Updates – April 3rd 2024
Join us for a weekly review of our product updates made to optimize your account holding experience at Atmos. This week we’re excited to announce our launch of Joint Checking, in addition to user experience optimization with in app pin setting, password resetting, account linking, and more!
Personal Banking
Joint checking: Customers can now create joint checking accounts on web or mobile and invite a partner who also banks with Atmos to be a co-owner of the account.
Pin setting: Customers can set their pin on their debit card via the web or mobile application for new cards. They can also reset them for existing cards.
Linked accounts: We’ve improved the instructions on our linked accounts page for web and mobile to better instruct customers who want to link an external bank account for seamless and easy transfer of funds.
Welcome tiles: New customers who want to know where to start with setting up their account can see numbered tiles that indicate what steps they should take.
Password resetting: Customers who reset their password will be expected to reset strong passwords and will be able to do this on mobile.
Phone number verification: All customers should be able to verify their phone number by clicking on a link we send via SMS.
Changing address on mobile: All customers should once again be able to update their address if they have moved via the mobile application.
Business Banking
Business profile management: Admins for business accounts can now review and edit the company’s address in application.
Business onboarding fix: Customers should be able to use drag and drop functionality to submit their documents.
